PHOTOGRAPHIC OR VIDEO RECORDING PERMISSION AND USE OF IMAGES

With reference to the photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken by PARCO ZOO PUNTA VERDE S.R.L. (hereinafter ‘Parco Zoo’), I hereby: AUTHORISES, free of charge, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, Copyright Law, the use of photos or videos taken during initiatives and events organised by Parco Zoo Punta Verde that depict educational activities such as Summer at the Zoo, close encounters, and dusk walks, even in the presence of minors. It also authorises the storage of the photos and audio/video recordings in computer archives for the exclusive purpose of producing publications for informational, scientific or advertising purposes: printed brochures, websites, social networks, television commercials, reproduction in newspapers/magazines, etc., without any request for compensation of any kind from either party. This release/authorisation may be cancelled at any time by sending a written communication by email to Parco Zoo Punta Verde s.r.l. info@parcozoopuntaverde.it

We would like to inform you, as the person providing your personal data, that the ‘European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data’ (hereinafter GDPR) provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. Parco Zoo Punta Verde s.r.l., as the ‘Data Controller’ pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore provides you with the following information:

Purpose of processing: Parco Zoo Punta Verde s.r.l. will process personal data and store photos and audio/video files in computer archives for the exclusive purpose of producing publications for informational, scientific or advertising purposes: paper brochures, websites, social networks, television commercials, reproduction in newspapers/magazines, etc., without requesting any form of compensation from either party.

Data processing methods: The personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activities of the Zoo Park. This data will be processed using computerised tools, on paper and on any other suitable medium, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR.
