Ticket conditions

• Valid until 18.10.26
• This ticket grants access to the Park.
• In the event of access control at the entrance gate, you may skip the queue.
• The ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REUSABLE, even in the event of adverse weather conditions.
• Children under the age of 3 do not need an admission ticket. 
• For children aged between 3 and 11, a reduced-price ticket can be purchased. For those over the age of 12, a full-price ticket must be purchased.
• Children under 16 years of age may only enter the Park if accompanied by an adult. Children aged 16 to 18 years of age may enter upon presentation of a declaration from their parents.
• Group tickets (minimum 30 people with booking required at least 3 days in advance) can only be purchased at the Zoo ticket office.  Group rates
