• Minimum age: 5 years old.
• We recommend arriving on time. In case of delay, you will not be able to participate in the activity and will not be eligible for a refund.
• Clothing: closed-toe shoes are recommended.
• Touching the animals is not allowed.
• For safety reasons, if you have a physical or cognitive disability, or a learning or relationship disorder, please contact the office before making your booking.
• Bags and umbrellas are not permitted and may be left in the closed area at the entrance to the activity area.
