Useful info
- Duration: approximately 30 minutes.
- Minimum age: 8 years old.
- We recommend arriving on time. If you are late, you will not be able to take part in the activity and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Touching the animals is not allowed.
- For practical reasons, wheelchair access is not possible.
- There are a few steps to climb to reach the activity area.
- For safety reasons, if you have a physical or cognitive disability, or a learning or relationship disorder, please contact the office before booking.
- Bags and umbrellas are not allowed inside, but can be left in the closed area at the entrance to the actibity area.
