• Duration: approximately 30 minutes
• Minimum age: 8 years old
• We recommend arriving on time. If you are late, you will not be able to participate in the activity and will not be eligible for a refund
• Clothing: closed-toe shoes are recommended
• Touching the animals is not allowed.
• For logistical reasons, wheelchair access is not available.
• There is one step to reach the location.
• For safety reasons, in case of physical or cognitive disabilities, learning or relationship disorders, please contact the office.
• Bags and umbrellas are not allowed and can be left in the closed area at the entrance to the site.
