SUMMER CAMP AT THE ZOO POLICY

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes admission to the Park, materials needed for daily activities, insurance and water. Snacks are not included and must be brought from home.

LATE ARRIVALS/ABSENCES

In the event of late arrivals or absences, please notify us the day before or the morning itself, even by phone, by 9:00 a.m. to avoid unnecessary waiting for the entire group, which could compromise the day's activities. Please note that no refunds will be given in the event of absence. Any special cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Management.

Late arrivals or early exits shall be agreed in advance with the staff.

AGE OF PARTICIPANTS

Estate allo Zoo Junior is aimed at kids/teens attending primary school and the first year of secondary school. Estate allo Zoo Young is aimed at teens attending secondary school.

PAYMENTS

Payments shall be made online upon registration.

SPECIAL CASES

As the “Summer at the Zoo” summer camp is not equipped to care for children with physical disabilities or learning or behavioural difficulties that interfere with the normal running of activities, and as there are no qualified staff in this area, please report any such issues before registering so that we can assess the case and verify the possibility of participation. External support educators are not permitted.

If the educators encounter attitudes and/or behaviour that are not conducive to the smooth running of the summer camp, the management reserves the right to suspend the enrolment without refunding the fee.

CLOTHING

We recommend closed shoes or, if wearing flip-flops or sandals, a pair of closed shoes in your backpack. We also recommend a hat and a sweatshirt in case of unexpected changes in the weather. Please note that the following items are not allowed at the summer camp: mobile phones, cameras/video cameras, electronic games of any kind, games in general, and playing cards. Water is always available for children at the summer camp.

SNACK

Snacks are not provided, so please bring a snack from home for the morning break. Water is provided by the Park.

CANCELLATIONS AND ABSENCES

In the event of cancellation, the fee may be refunded in full if the Park management fills the vacant place. Otherwise, no refund will be given. No refund will be given in the event of absence, for one or more days, during the summer camp period.
